Arrived at Hong Kong after a veryyyy long flight. Got a 5 hour wait till our next flight then another 13hours, zzzz

Had an eventful day to say the least! And a very painful one! We arrived yesterday at Dong Hoi and today decided to rent a motorbike to go out to the caves a couple of miles away. However we never made it... Plan was Bill would drive to bike as he knew how to and had done it before. But because he doesn't have a license they said I had to.. Jumped in a taxi this morning and headed to the old citadel. Bloody expensive to get into but was well worth it! Saw the old palace and the forbidden purple city. Spent the entire day just walking around exploring seeing what we could find. Weather was a bit nafff so got fairly wet but saw loads! Went to another bar tonight and ended drinking and playing Jenga till the early hours, had a laugh though!

100% I've with Huè haven't seen this many backpackers in weeks! Place is packed! We ended up eating in a bar across the road having burgers and beers. Mrs Jones by counting crowd came on and I was loving it! Went on an organised trip today to see all the emperors tombs, they were pretty impressive! Saw about three, then went to a Kung fu show, think I've seen my fair share of Kung Fu shows on this trip! But it was still good! And they had a little lad with Dow...

Got our train to go even further north today! Weather is grim to say the least up this way! Train was nice and easy, other than the mice that seemed to be living on it and when we first got on Bill thought that there was a little old lady asleep on our seats so decided to wake her by poking her in the head... The women woke up very confused and then we discovered our seats were the errr two in front of her. Brill.
