Day 154 Monday 8th February 2010 Stacey says After spending the night tossing and turning til 2am, we had to be up and out for a 7.10am transfer to catch the ferry. It was a huge ferry, more like a cruise ship! The views going through the Cook Straight and into the harbour of the South Island were really nice. Day 151 Friday 5th February 2010 Stacey says Transferring from Taupo to New Zealands' capital, Wellington, an epic 8 hour trip on the coach! We passed two of its famous mountains, which I'd spotted in a Lord of the Rings photo in a mag.
