We made it ... Our first night in Jurien Bay. Took us 3 hours to get here from mums house in duncraig.
Kids travelled well, although 10 mins into our trip Blake and Hayley asked if we were nearly there!!! The answer was a big NO. Lol
We arrived at jurien bay caravan park at 3.30pm Monday 9th July 2012. Beautiful weather and great campsite right opposite the jumping pillow.
Kids were asleep by 8 pm that night. The heater mum and dad gave us came in handy , took the chill off.
Started raining throughout the night and into today ( Tuesday ) . We have had quite a few sunny patches where we have gone to the beach playground and played cricket with our camp ground neighbours, although Blake got in the way and got hit with the cricket bat .... Ouch poor baby! Yes he will have a black eye tommorrow . Poor darling !!
Took a drive out to sandy cape. Beautiful white white sand dunes and cool camping spots.
Kids have had a great time jumping in all the muddy puddles, soaking wet, but hey you can't stop them lol. Lots of washing for me tommorrow .
Early dinner for us tonight at 4.30pm. Kids look tired and have not slept much today.
Going to the pinnacles tommorrow .
