hiya guys, hope you're having a wicked time and settled nicely into Thailand... had the results of my x-rays returned on my back.... i've done a good job... four fractures in my lower spine... transverse process L1, L2,L3 and L4 to be exact.... good times... LOL
so 10 days of sitting on my arse bored has been topped up by the next three weeks of doing the same... great.
Hopefully no folks will remember Trendys size 8 feet from a few years ago... you know the sheer size of them scared the local women! LOL
