Hi there, Finally arrived into the sunny city of San Francisco after a very long and interesting 16hr bus journey from Salt Lake City. My bus was full of strange and interesting characters. I sat next to a 45 year lady, who was wearing a short shirt and top and lots of tattoos on her arms and thighs. Behind me was an ex junkie, beside him was a lovely 68 year old lady who wore lots of make-up, (you know the type, orange complexion and lots of lipstick). I also became good friends with a swiss gay man named Hans..... (who is lovely). I spent a great afternoon with him, drinking coffee and putting the world to right. I'm meeting him tomorrow to venture around the city. The lady I sat next to on the bus, suggested I sat next to her, so I don't have to sit next to any wiredo's! One thing the bus journey did teach me, was not to be so quick to judge people because I had a very funny and entertaining jounrney. We all has such a laugh! Every one of them, wished me a wonderful journey and be careful. I have learnt that you can recieve generosity from the strangest of places but its also teaches you to heighten your awareness of what is going on around you. My hostel is very clean and my shower felt so good after the long jounrey. I'm off to but some food and after tea, I will have a long stretch and go to bed. Take care as I am, Lots of Love Annie.
