Hi there all:) We went on a day trip to O'Reilleys yesterday, was eventful:) First stop was at the Opal shed, where we were told all about the history of the opal and the different varieties. I think I found this a little more interesting than Ian and lucky for him we were only there for about half an hour:@) He was distracted anyway, eating free Anzac biscuits and tea....... Hiya!!!!!!!!! Just another update on what we have been doing. Yesterday was a bad weather day, it was raining most of it, if not all of it! lol so we went to the Queensland museum, where it was dry:) Ian took some pics of old planes and motorbikes and some stuffed animals!!! Hiya!!! Today we went on a Brisbane coach tour for half the day, so we were proper tourists:@) We saw many different views of Brisbane and took some more pics, which I will add on here soon. Hello:) We went to the Lone Pine Koala Santuary today:) was a nice trip out. We saw many kangaroos! got to stroke them and everything!!! There were Koala's, they make some really loud sounds! its such a surprise, considering how small and cute they are!
