Day 80, 81, 82, 83 (29/05 - 1/06) Ok, change of plans on the morning of the 29th. Decided to get a direct bus to Singapore instead of staying the night in Johor Bharu. Arrived in Singapore that evening and seeked out some accommodation in China Town. Found a cool place. Went for a dorm room as it was the cheapest thing, but still expensive, because its Singapore. Then went wondering and exploring before we crashed for the night. Next day (30th) did a lot of wondering around various shopping centers. Shopping seems to be the main thing to do in Singapore. Transport is excellent though, so easy to get around. On the 31st we went to Singapore zoo. It was wicked. Some really cool animals, expecially the white tigers, and the feeding of the orangutans and polar bear. Did the night safari that night aswell, which was cool and went to this creatures of then night show which was cool, and really funny. After then night safari, Len and i parted ways. He was of to Japan on the 1st but had to sleep in the airport over night, because his flight was early and the trains to the airport didnt start on time. Woke up late on the 1st June, and am now travelling solo for the rest of this trip. Wondered around in the morning, to another shopping centre. Then in the afternonn went over to Sentosa Island (a man-made island which is basically a big theme park) in a cable cart. Went to the under water world aquarium which was pretty cool...some huuugee fish, that would probably eat me, than me eat it. Went to this laser light and music show which was cool, but was more for kids....was impressive though. Tomorrow off to Kota Kinabalu on Malaysian Borneo.
