Monday 14th April - Today we went Elephant Trekking. The trip there was so much more dangerous then the trek itself. We had the most crazy driver who decided to drive on the way side of the road most of the way. I think we were running late and thats the reason he wanted to over take everyone. When we got there we were welcomed and jumped on an ox cart ride. Didn't like this much, the ox looked in pain. Had a photo sitting on a buffarlo and moved onto how to harvest rice. Then for the Elephant Ride. You felt pretty safe except for when they went up and down hills cause at times you couldn't see the elephant. We then had a Money Show & Elephant show they were both really cute.

That night we meet up with Sam (my room mate from Gold Coast) and her friend Karina. Had a few drinks on the beach and then meet up with Jess & Paul. This was an interesting night as went to see a ping pong show. (this was their idea). All i can say was thank god i was a little bit drunk otherwise this would of been hell. Well it still was hell but you could kind of block it out. There was no cover charge but you had to buy a drink and the cheapest was 500 Baht which is equal to $17 Aus. For those of you who don't know what a Ping Pong show is i won't tell you cause i don't want to, i will say that no-one warned to they were old ladies when i was expecting beauiful thai ladiesEveryone knew but me. Big Shock.
