19th Nov, Had a 6 hour bus journey that was hell! The roads were bumpy and my bum still hurts from the camel ride. Upaipur is known as the most romantic city in India and apparently Brad and Angelina have just been on holiday here, staying in a hotel known as the Floating Palace - slightly more higher in class than the place I'm staying! 17th Nov. Just back from my camel safari, booked with Trotters Inderpendent Travels!! I found that very funny, but as the rest of the people going were Aussies, none of them got it. 17th Nov, Got the bus from Jaisalmer that took around 6 hours and we went from a peaceful village to a busy city, so it was a bit of a shock at 1st. Well I got here after being rushed through Delhi airport and I'm staying right in the centre. Only my 1st day so not much to tell. 5th Nov, Well, had another day in Kathmandu and went along seeing the sites. Saw the Monkey Palace, where you climb 365 steps to get to the top and loads of monkeys just roaming about - no sighn of King Louis though!
