Hi Y'all!!!! Thanks again for the messages everyone! Hello to Paul and Eve, Hannah, Bean, Nik (i will definately give u a beanpole style rundown on Vancouver before u go mate!) and Kathie, all McCurries and Megarrells, hope ur foot gets better soon Christophe. We are now in Banff, in the heart of the Rockies, very picturesque here. Me and Action Jackson were here 4 years ago bear wrestling (not really). Spent the past 2 days wandering around Banff and the odd day trail. Lovely sunny weather, we both have sunglass marks across our faces!! We have about a week or so here, we might try and get to one of the wilderness hostels, which are in the wilderness funnally enough! for some hardcore hiking, then up to Quesnel which we are both looking forward to! Met up with Stefan (German chap) in hostel lobby, didn't even know he was coming here which was cool. Had a few honey brown lagers in hostel pub last 2 nites, Dad, u would like the beer we had, its like those ales we used to get from Tesco's - hobgoblin etc. Me and Andy are on a mission with road signs at the moment, we just take a pic of them and add stupid tag lines- all will be revealed soon!! Hannah, u will appreciate the pic ive just sent Claire!! Going up to Lake Louise and going up Sulphur mountain next few days, will write again when we have done more, take care everyone, love Mark. Come on u Reds!!!
Andy's Mum
Hello Andy and Mark, Good to hear from you last night son, you were so enthusiastic about the scenery in The Rockies, we were quite envious but thrilled and proud that you have having such a fantastic experience...
I have just come back from the Fracture Clinic with Chris. He had his plaster taken off and an ENORMOUS boot fitted. It comes right up to his knee and is like a cross between a Ski boot and a moon boot, but |I don't think he will be doing much Moon Dancing!!! It was a bit scary because when they had finished with him and were lowering the bed to let him off, the colour just drained from his face and he looked really ill!!! Laura and I had a bit of a panic but they lay him down again and let him rest for a while, apparently this can happen when you release pressure from an area, the body thinks its under attack and sends the blood from the brain to the threatened area...However with Chris having no brain, the body was totally confused so went into shock!!! (Only joking Chris...you are doing VERY well with the old studying...). So, got him home and sorted out his lunch and bought him a football mag and some sweets and he's fine...
So Andy you are thinking of having a tattoo...interesting... I'm sure it will be very subtle and discreet... how
about a cute little heart with "I love Mum" in it, that is sure to impress the ladies...not!!!.
The things you have planned for the next few weeks sound fantastic. Keep living the dream!!! Miss you and love you loads...
Love Mum XXXXXXXXX
P.S. Well done to the Scoucers Mark!!!

So wish I was with you crazy cats on your adventure! Just reading your 'essay' of a message Marky, and yes I had the joy of listening to you and Andy replacing film titles with the word 'Cretins', was it? Hmmm very funny for about 2 mins, but after 15 started to become a 'You had to be there moment!' was very funny hearing you and Andy giggling like scholl girls though!! Not quite as good as Pops film title replacement though, "Raiders of the...." I won't say what he said next might embaress him but you know what came next Marky!! Thinking of maybe getting a PA system for my 21st off Mum and Pops, (if not too expensive!) and getting myself an agent and singing, doing gigs. Last time I spoke to Bryan(recording studio guy)he reckons I cuold make loads of money, might give it a try!! Got my old diablou (not sure how to spell that, but its that old toy I used to have with two sticks of wood and string and a yellow and red thingy spinning round on the string) (what a good dersciption by the way!!!) out the other day, well good!! Not lost my old talent for it! Ha! Me and Steveo went to Sainsburys the other day to get some food, but came back with some oranges, yoghurts two magasines and those really funny balloons that you pump up and let go and they go mental screeching all over the place!! We've had endless fun wiht those, I'll have to record the noise they make and let you listen to it next time you phone Marky!! Anyway enough of random talk, sound like ypur having a brill time keep enjoying and being your stupid, daft selves and I'll get back to my diss! Oh the joy! Speak to you in the week THusie, hello to Andy Pandy, Miss you loads and love you loads, Bean/piglet/ Claire xxxxx

Hello Marky Parky!
At long last, a quick message with a French flavour from your 'favourite' uncle and auntie... only joking. I've just caught up with all your news and messages and I am pleased to see that you are well and having a good time. ENJOY! We are thinking a lot about you and especially as you are in Vancouver (many memories from this trip)!
After being very busy with the set up of the business, a week on leave in Villiers and a week sick with a chest infection, to-day is my first day back in ACTION! - the way I have felt this week reminded me of how I felt when we were on that little train on our way to Whisler.....Good hey!!!
Where are you now, what are your plans? Paul and I are off on our Med. Cruise from next Thursday 14 April until 28th April 04 so whenever possible we will keep in touch with what you are up to and also give you our news. What sort of weather have you got?
Until the next message, take care of yourselves. Lots of love Eve and Paul xxxx

How's the mission going Andy? You played in any sweet guitar shops in Seattle Bean of the Pole? hope ur both well...take care. :)
Mark (Beanpole)
Hello beautiful people of blighty!!!!! Well, one month has past and we are both as stupid as when we left - last nite we spent an hour replacing certain words in film titles with Andys fav word of the moment - "CRETIN" (idiot or something like it) e.g. "Indiana Jones and the last CRETIN" "Save the Last CRETIN", and "One flew over the CRETINS nest". We recorded some of the ordeal on my phone, Claire will give testament to that as i spoke to her earlier and put her through 4 minutes of us laughing!! Quick hello to the A-Team, Andrew B, Andrew O and Colin. Hope lambing is treating u all well and the new born lambs are behaving!! I won't be there to take the blame if something gets broken - (Andrew Oakes!!) Hope you are all well anyway. Hello to Iain "Action Jackson" Jackson, Ben "Jammaster" Hughes, Liam Golding and Mark Plunkett, who were with me on my last visit to Canada. Hope you are all doing good guys!! Shout out to Andy "Chapmasterflash" Chapman, Carol "I'll get Mark to do all my work" Simpson, Debbie, Wendy and everyone else in RM DN10 whatever the number is?? Hope ur all ok. Claire and Steve's Preston people, when u finally get the link to work!! And to Louise "Dane" Fyffe, get back on the clay or pot, or whatever terminology u mad artists use!!! Love and Hello to Tracey (Cuz), Minh and Lucas, hope the move is all going to plan, keep me informed.
Anyway, thats enough hello-ing for now. Me, Andy and Stefan (German Chap) came back from Seattle the other day, there were three crazy Mexican kids sat behind me and Andy on the bus - Andy wasn't impressed! The border comin back was far better than going, Canadians just get on with their job rather than the Americans who i think just like to grill u, suppose can't blame them really with all thats gone on. Seattle was really good, lads, do u remember last time - gunshots and that guy that we think backflipped into oncoming traffic?!! And Mum and Dad, Paul and Eve - James Taylor and Rain. Went to Space needle and Experience music project museum, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles and Bob Dylan exhibitions, and the sound lab baby!! Me and Andy came up with our own song in one of the studios u could go in to. He was doing some pretty mean drumming (electronic ones) and i was playing guitar and singing (Well screaming non-sensically Justin Hawkins style!!) ...The using of bracketts syndrome must be spreading Sue!!!! We lost Stefan somewhere along the way so we went back. Went to see a Seattle Sonics Basketball game the first night, was pretty good, couldn't imagine any of the gimmicks they use in the Premiership - "De-fence!!!" Good atmosphere though. Went for a walk around the fish market, and enjoyed the weather as it was really good. Went to see Bruce Lee's grave aswell. Hello to Brew by the way!! The American/Irish Liverpool fan!!! We are in Vancouver for a few days then we are heading to the Rockies for a week, then up to Quesnel, if thats still alright Kathie?? Probably will be mid-April, but i'll ring u before then - could i have your number please. Thanks for all the messages again, love to McCurrie's, Megarrells and all other clans of the world - hope fireplace reconstruction is going well Dad, and Mum aswell, stop re-arranging the house when i'm not there!!! Love to Lucy the cat, please send her out for a few days mum, she''ll be alright!! Take Care, love Mark (Andy is pumping iron at the gym at the moment, think he's jealous of my physique....maybe not!!!)
