Hey, hope ur all ok. Thanks for all the messages so far. Went to Miraflores today, which is a beach about 10 - 15 mins away from Lima. Its a bit more upmarket to the city centre, (lots more western especially american tourists) and we visited the ultra western shopping plaza. Had pizzu hut and dunkin doughnuts for lunch. Yum!! Oh and went for a wander, came across a little man selling fruit and bought a mango (photo) and something that we dont know what it was but it was just full of jelly covered seeds!!! Felt very travellery sitting on a bench cutting up a mango with a penknife!! Weather was lovley again (sunburn is still hurting) and sat on the beach for a little while. Full of stones tho so not the type to lie out and sunbathe on. Went for a paddle in the Pacific Ocean and got soacked by a monster wave!! Just been and booked our bus tickets for Pisco tomorrow, leaving Lima at 9 Am. Oh, when we got back from Miraflores we saw the little tortoise outside our room drinking some milk!!! Well will try to add more soon, depends if there is internet access in Pisco. Miss ya xx
