Hello children,its been a while since i brightened your day with a message. lou and i have settled in realy well here in Melbourne.her family have been realy nice and so helpfull.Roger,i have to say it was so strange meeting your mother,she is so much like you and you can't help laughing when she does certain mannerisms and expressions which iv seen you do 100s of times.she realy looks like you too.shes been realy welcoming to louise and i.iv never seen anybody so happy when we first went to see her.We are currently staying with lous' cousins Pete and Amanda.Pete has an obsession with the series 24,he made us watch the 1st series and now i have to say im addicted.its the best show ever.we're half way through series 2 on dvd watching 2 or 3 episodes a night.Pete managed to find lou a job straight away and Amanda got me a job which i started on monday.we hav'nt realy explored yet but we're gona be here for a while so no rush.the jouney from cairnes to get here was pretty bad.We spent pretty much a week sleeping on coaches and even in a car.some days we would get dropped off in the middle of nowheresville and have to kill about 10hrs in places where you were lucky if they had a pool.It was easily in the 40's in these places,and on top of that you had to deal with about 95% humidity and an army of flies which have nothing better to do then land on your face.Apparently its an epademic level this year( lucky us! ).We've got loads of photos of the journey down through ayres rock ( did you know your aloud to climb up it?,we skipped on that one when we heard that at least one person a year dies doing it) i promise that we will put them on this weekend.so far the weather in melbournes been erm.............. unpredictable! one day 38 next day rain all day.even the weather men can't predict it.wednesday here was supposed to be mid 30s and instead it just rained all day and all night.oh well, summers coming! so thats it for me an lou for a while.the last 6 weeks have been the best ever.my favourites had to be the barrier reef dive and frasier island camping trip.now its down to work for three months so we can have more fun and live like kings in Asia.i have to say a big thanks to mum and dad for the oasis tickets the concert was awsome!!!!!! for all you oasis fans,highlights were talk tonight, hello , listen up and super nova.the venue was about the size of goldsmiths swimming pool and we were about 40 ft away.jesus this is a long message,better rap it up now. love to you all,especialy the spurs fans,YIDOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well just thought i'd leave a message just to let you know that we are sending the wedding invite to your cousins Lou tomorrow in an overnight bag so you guys should have it on Tuesday (6th Dec). Its not long now and we will be married and we get to see you guys again. I miss my morning wake up song Louey........ Hey Everyone, Thanks Dad! Guess what I think I've got a job already that starts on Mon, Peter Amanda's fioncee had a contact, How lucky was that!! Sorry Everyone Vic and I are now in Melbourne, we arrived lat Mon morning after a long long journey on a bus!! Grim. We stopped in Alice Springs and Ayres Rock, Cooper Pedy and Adelaide. We have some cool pics so keep checking. We are staying with my cousin Amanda at the moment and her fioncee Peter have been so kind and generous to us. I also had a reunion with my Nanny who I haven't seen since I was 10! She was soooo lovely and nice so I will be planning to see plenty more of her! Tonight I'm going round my Aunty Geniveieve & Uncle Brians with Amanda her fioncee,and my other cousins Bradley & Glenn, we're having a barby and apparently another one on Sat to celebrate Amanda's engagement so two barbys already! Sorry 3 as we had one mon!! So we're living the proper Ozzy way already! he he. Vic is looking for work so hopefully something will pop up soon and we may rent a cheap car too so we can get around.
