Day 3 - talang Chan floating market. Great pork and rice by the water taxi rank. Took a water taxi to grand palace. The dirty water kept splashing into the boat and hitting our faces. As I had forgotten my sunglasses I had to cover my face for a large part of the trip. Stumbled across Khao San road for food. Papaya salad and pineapple rice. Day 2 - jet lag! Woke up at 3pm! Malaria tablets. Bought a green tshirt dress. Thai red curry/ massaman lunch by Khao San. Dinner by river with band playing Beatles. Walked around Bangkok back streets until we found adhere to the 13 blues bar. On the way we got mint choc chic and green tea ice cream.

Day 1 - arrived. Took a taxi to the once again hostel. Stuck in traffic. Bars on Khao San road. Met Jodie and jasper.
