Such a good sleep. Up, packed and breakfasted by 7:45 and off we go to the bus station. We have to wait for the bus to arrive and ppl to board then we are off. The horn on the bus is awful and the driver uses it a lot. We have one stop for toilets and food. There are monkeys at the rest area. They are interesting to watch. I try and snooze in the bus and do more reading. At the stop in Agra we then take a small bus to the hotel. We decide not to buy lunch, but eat the remaining crackers and watch some of a movie. Later We take the bus again to the red fort. It's very big. Over 2 km around and had numerous protections. Crocodile moat, then tiger moat. A rolling ball and boiling water and oil. We have a tour of the palace and it's very nice. And interesting too. You can see the Taj Mahal nearby. When we return to the hotel I have a small nap before a cool (no hot water again) shower and going out for dinner. Dinner is yummy brown lentil dal. I even get dessert! I've been missing my sweet things. An early night for the early rise to see Taj Mahal!
