Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've used my travel blog, as I have been busy being a student instead of traveling. However, I am gearing up here in the next couple of weeks for my next adventure!!!
I'll be living in Rosario/Santa Fe, Argentina for 5 weeks this summer. I'll be witness to the World Cup in one of the greatest homes of soccer in the world. Lio Messi, from Rosario will be greatly supported, I'm sure! Rosario was also home to the revolutionary leader Ernesto "Che" Guevara and the city reflects it - a great tradition of social activism, community development, and tons of other great stuff!
In the middle of my stay, I'll be taking the long bus ride from Rosario to Vina del Mar, Chile - the Garden City. A woman and her husband will be hosting me in Chile, friends of Howard Richards, the man who founded the Peace and Global Studies Department at Earlham.
In all, I'll get to connect with a wide range of people on a variety of issues and concerns of mine including indigenous rights and education, Latin American dancing (I'll be taking tango lessons!), futbol, and so much more.
I love you all and will miss you again this summer as I did last summer. Feel free to shoot me messages on here while I am away or to my personal email address. Here's to another great and adventure-filled trip to somewhere I've never been!

P.S. I need to thank the Peace and Global Studies Department at my college for making this trip possible for me, through being loving and emotionally supportive of me, financially supportive, and as well as for providing me with their many contacts in the region and priceless wisdom and advice! Thanks especially to Paul Eckert and Gypsy Swanger!!!!!
