Hello, It looks like your both having a fantastic time. We have decided that we are not going to look at this website anymore as it is far too depressing for all of us back here working in Grey old Lutterworth!!!
Enjoy and stay away from those nasty 6 inch long things!!
Take care and look forward to seeing you on your return with all our pressies.
Jane

Hi Frances and Allan. Knew you would enjoy it. On a few of your photos I can say 'been there and done that'! Don't panic, all well at the office. My moving date is the 31st March - knew it would suddenly happen. Not recruited anyone yet but interviewing. Will phone you Monday 4 April. Enjoy the rest of your holiday. Kathy

Just at Cairns airport waiting to fly to Brisbane. Thursday did the Kuranda railway trip up the mountain then came down by Skyrail. A 7 km ride over the rain forest that took 90 mins going up and 90 mins in the Skyrail coming down. Bought a boomerang (well you have to don't you)
Yesterday spent the day on the Great Barrier Reef. Went on the semi-submersible, Allan snorkelled over the reef!, went on the underwater walkway, had a nice meal and all in all a super day. Bought an underwater camera so hope the shots turn out. Speak to you next from Brisbane.
How are things at the office? hope all is well
Matthew
glad to hear your having a great time, just looked at the photos and that bridge shot looks a tad impressive!! friends here have recommended Cape Tribulation and Port Talbot whilst you are in Cairns. (Alison spent part of her honeymoon in Palm cove in January). New York was cold but bright and i've done every department store and shop there...you would love it Mum! (not so sure Allan would enjoy the shops but there are plenty of sites to visit) Abbie and i made a little dent or two on the credit card but the clothes were practically 50% of prices over here! Everthing's good over here, even the weather (20c today)..enjoy and stay safe!
xx love matthew and abbie

Backdate report, no broadband in Rain Forest. Last evening in Uluru (Ayres Rock) Sounds of Silence dinner. In the desert, man played didgeridoo. Allan tried but 2 mins not enough practice time. Our only illumination was blown out and we saw billions of stars. Expert then showed us the different stars and galaxies, Fabtastic.
Then on to Rain Forest where, guess what - it rained sometimes. Amazing place. Saw Great Orb spider at4 to 6 inches long. You wouldn't want to walk into them in the dark!.
Moving to Palm Cove on the beach next. Have a nice day xx
