Atlantic City - Monday 8th - Wednesday 10th October 2007 Atlantic City is a bit of a change to New York City. It is like a tacky sea side resort but with these huge casinos instead of the normal arcades. Well we arrived in "Our Nations Capitol" on the 12th October and found that it was really easy to get from the Bus Station to the hotel. The Metro system was really clean and easy to use. Well after our log entry on Sunday 7th Ocober we went to ground zero, the statue of liberty, ellis island and statten island. Ground zero was a rather strange place to go as it is now a building site and you can't actually see anything there because of the high fences. Well Hello from New York City. Thats it we have finally left and are on day three of our excellent adventure. After a tearful thursday and friday we left for Heathrow where it all began well with us having to empty our rucksack of everything at security and place our sleeping bags in the bag whilst stuffing the contents of the bag into a our pockets.
