I arrived in COPAN!!!! yay!! Its hot and sunny not cloudy and rainy like Antigua had become!! We had to leave at a ridiculous hour this morning (5am) but we got here before lunch and now get to sit and relax by the pool!! Yesterday the womens weaving project was really cool, with a history of why it came around, which was basically that due to influences of alcohol, the men of the village were not working so the children were being made to workinstead of getting an education. So this project came about so that the children could be paid for to go to school and learn. We also got to see a traditional dance and try some of the traditional food, was was really yummy!! I also found sum stuff to buy for my mummy and nan, so the money was all going to a good cause!! We then went to Rainbow in Antigua for dinner as it was Sandras birthday!! Then went back and packed, as a 5am start is never a good thing!! Might make up for it tonight with a few drinks by the pool!!
