Up at 4am all the stars were still twinkling. The only constilation I know was orions Belt. We saw the milky way it was amazing to see in with my own eyes.
I had vegi -mite on toast this morning.

We were all in the bus and on our way by 5am. Best to get the climb out the way before the heat hits.

In the dark and Headtorches on and We start by climbing "heart attack hill"! Your not kidding!!! I felt like I was gonna die! There is even a defrib at the very top. (Fat use it being there if you ask me!! Needed it half way up!) I'm the last to the top but hey it's not a race!)

Felt like I was climbing a steep rock face! I looked to the right and my head torch showed a deep cliff drop! I was exhausted my knees were shaking but I was determined to get to the top! I may have been last but I did it!!!

Linda showed us many amazing views and histories of the area. We visited the
Garden of Eden and the lost city. Which were amazing. Have a look through the photos.

Got to the bottom just after 9 and stopped of in picnic area to make a sandwich for later. I had another bowl of cereal too all that exercise it was needed.

We got back in the truck and headed back towards Stuart's well camel farm. We were all exhausted and most people slept. We stopped at the gas station again. I ran in for a coffee to wake me up !

Best three days of my life with an fab group of fellow travellers. Now time for my next part of my adventure. It's gonna be hard to leave this amazing part of the country.
