08/03/20106 hours of long, boring, straight freeway we arrived on the outskirts of San Francisco and crossed the Bay bridge. The views of the city at night from that bridge made up for the unspectacular journey berforehand. 04/03/2010Arriving in LA 8 hours before taking off was an odd feeling due to the international date line. The flight was comfortable and we managed to get a few hours sleep.
