Jodhpur is a bit of a nothing town. Once you've seen the blue city and yet another Old Fort, it's basically done! We arrived at breaking dawn after an overnight train, we slept, we woke, we ate, we walked. Visited the Old Fort, saw the views of the blue city. Visited the market, got constantly harassed and tugged at by sleazy men. Ate street side samosas (which we all later got bad stomachs from). I napped while the girls spent hours trying to book cheap but safe accommodation in Mumbai - all the reviews were horrific, quoting things such as "if you want to commit suicide then stay here" or "reminds me of the Shining". We then ate AGAIN on the chilled cushion area, played cards and headed to bed. As I said not much to report, probably the best thing was our hotel room, it was rather lavish. After another painful mission of fairly splitting a hotel bill, we squeezed in the tuk tuk to the airport for our internal flight to Mumbai. Although one of us got more squeezed then the others haha! Onto Mumbai!
