Happy Birthday Alan. Great to be celebrating your birthday in a different country. Been trying to look at some photos and read blogs, but will definitely need a whole weekend to check them all out! You seem to be having a fantastic time and finding loads to do - some scary and challenging - very adventurous (I'm still a coward)! Next time I see you I'm sure that beard will be down to your knees! Keep having loads of fun - take care. I'll let grandad see your pics (I don't think he will read the blog)

Hi Alan & Amy - at long last have managed to look & read all about your adventures (or at least I have read bits) - I wish I was with you - some of the pictures are fantastic - I have worked my way back from Chile to Thailand but that has taken me 3 hours so have now ran out of time - the national park in New Zealand and your trek for 5 days looked fantastic - in fact all of the New Zealand shots were great - the amount of different animals is fantastic - the glaziers looked amazing - The pictures of the kaolas are so clear - Thailand also looks super - lucky you two - memories for a lifetime - enjoy it all - will try to keep up from now on - a really dull dreich day here in Stonehaven has been brightened up - thanks - take care Doreen

HI Amy and alan. We Have been looking at the photo's it's looks amazing what a fantastic time you both are having. NO time to miss us here! When are you off toanother country. Everything is great here. Jenna has gone back to Brighton, her house she is renting isn't up to much considering the price. slugs in the bathroom!!! etc. Kayley is looking for a job but still on the vans for the summer. Dad is great he had his last race and as Joe said he did really well. He is still working hard. JOe is great the piano is coming along very well. IM still at the doctors all is good there. Hello (again) well on saturday we went to dads race he didi realy well and came tenth.nain, tiad,two people from dads work and caroline and andy.There was a guy behind him which was under his class so he let him through but he relised that it ACTUAL RACE!!!!!!so he over took him.:-) from joe

Your trek sounds great, beautiful beaches, you have taking great photos. I am on call today for 24hrs, fingers crossed I donit get called out. Dads at school at the moment, doing a rugby match. Its Jennifers last week at work, she starts a course a Bradford Uni next week for one year.Davids back at Uni,he's moved to two different flats in two days! He did'nt like the first one. I'ts a lovely sunny day today, but it's been getting dark at night quickly and it's cold in the evenings Well must go and hang out some washing. Love to you both Mum and Dad xxx
