I should not be up already, it is Sunday morning and I only slept for four hours. But the sun is rising and the warm winds blow into my room from the Ocean. This morning is free, so time for a nice run and breakfast!

Painfully long day yesterday, great to have the friends from the office to chat with...

Incidentally, I think the best thing yesterday was the Chicago Supreme All American Hot Dog with everything on it that I had at the airport, makes our Swedish varieties pale in comparison !
