Kuala Lumpur What a stressful morning. We left our hostel super early 06:30 train wasn't for 2 hours so plenty of time. Caught the tube to bugis station and had been assured you walk out the station get on a bus to take you to the train station we needed. Could not find this stupid bus anywhere. Several wrong turns and many people asked later we found it. Hopped on the bus with not a lot of time to spare. The bus pulled up at woodlands station with 15 minutes...

Singapore We left Australia (me reluctantly) to start the final leg of the trip. Flight was spot on. Lots of wiggling of the legs and moving...mart even ate the plane food (sign we're backpacking!!) no alcohol for either of us. It's a miracle. Landed and it took us quite a while to get through immigration was just a mass of people. Another stamp for the passport though.. Got a taxi to our hostel. Melbourne I haven't been as much of a tourist as I usually am. But it's been very hot!! Spent a day walking round the cbd it's quite a quirky city with really cool building. Very arty spesh with all the street art around. Walked down by the river stopping at many pubs along the way. Moved to the delightful hotel that the cookseys treated us too. GOR day 3 Final day- we could of gone back through the mainland to Melbourne but what's the point in that. Had to have another look at this magnificent road! Set off from Johanna back to Apollo bay where we spent a few hours in the sunshine. Started making arrangements for the end of Australia. Emptied our bank accounts :( ..We then drove along to Kennett river and took a small walk through a eucalyptus forest to see wild koalas in the trees..several more stops...

GOR day 2 We slept until 10am which is unheard of when sleeping in the car! Freshened up and set off. The drive today was absolutely stunning, very windy roads following the ocean which is very blue listening to the crashing waves sun blazing down..amazing! We stopped at pretty much every lay by just to take it in, took loads of photos but none do it justice. Eventually made our way down to Apollo bay.
