We arrived at the bus station in Ciudad Bolivar sooner than expected with a nice and early start of 5am. After a brief wait and a call to remind the driver to pick us up, our transfer arrived. We went on a journey down a road which would have been smoother to drive over the alps. Hi this is just to give everyone an update of what we are going to be doing over the next few weeks. Tonight we are heading into Caracas to catch the 9.15pm bus to Ciudad Bolivar. This bus is supposed to take 9 hours but apparently it could to take up to 13 haha. But that should be ok as we will be sleeping! Day 4, and our final day in Caracas thank god. Strangely we will miss it but can safely say that we will not be returning to Caracas in a hurry. In the morning we went to the local pastry shop (the only real food shop in town) and got breakfast to eat on the beach.
