Well the North Island is almost over. 6 Weeks later, a car and backpack down, as well as some epic days..... we are cruising (or rather ferrying) over to the south island. Oakura in Taranaki is where we spent all our time last week. Had some good days surfing but mostly just lazed about waiting for the right conditions to surf in as there was a really strong onshore wind from tuesday to friday. Well its been a while since i last updated thee ol' blog page. Been all over the place the last week. How and I flew out of Heathrow on the 4th of Feb. It didn't really feel like we were off for six months! The flight to LA was about 11 hours. How managed to fit in 4 movies, good going i rekon.
