for your info mate im am down to 13 stone, so lost a stone and a half in a month so no longer over weight! So you dont have that on me anymore sorry that you need to use that buddy, also learnt to kite surf its class and geting fit from doing that sorry about you are taking your anger about your sad little life in a messed up country mate!!! get some life experiance and stop exsisting mate live!!!! and live doent mean drink and go to tiger tiger as much a possible!!!
