Tomorrow I will be hurling overripe, squished tomatoes at people and I can't wait! Ever since I saw La Tomatina on TV I've been dying to participate.

It's a bit sad too. La Tomatina was always the benchmark at the end of the trip that we used to plan the earlier stuff. "Oh we can't do that...we have to get to Valencia for La Tomatina." And here we are, at the last benchmark! I actually have two more weeks until I go "home". Two more! Every day Mo and I say, "I can't believe we're getting to the end. Can you believe a week ago we were Rome? Two weeks ago we were in Dubrovnik AND Split?" It´s amazing how quickly time flies.

But two weeks is still a very nice vacation. That is what most people take. And I still get to throw tomatoes at people, eat paella and watch flamenco in Spain, and see Paris and London and Cambridge and Berlin. It's not over yet. I'm trying to savour it all.

I'm going to try to find a disposable camera to take with me tomorrow so you can see us in all our glory.
