AJC went to the shops after a lazy start today. This afternoon we went on a fishing charter called "Gone Fishing". The colour of the water on a bright clear day like this is unreal - literally it is such an acute aqua colour in close and deep deep blue out further from shore that it doesn't look real. Such a glorious clear warm day. The fishing wasn't great. J caught 4, me 3 and C 3 so J has some bragging rights. They were all pike and little emperors, no keepers. J and C are much more keen on fishing than I expected and are both disappointed that I didn't pack our fishing stuff.
