Hola we are now in Panama spending a week out of the blistering humidity... no more betty swollocks for adam and welcoming the hot douches! Beautiful little mountain town, lush and green but still nice and warm. Highlight has been conquering a hike to the highest point in Panama at 3475m. We climbed 1500m over 6 hours, covering 13.5 kilometres. We camped at the top and froze almost to death, took some pics in the morning, could see both pacific and carribean. Took 5 hours to get back down! Needless to say, lu¨s infected heel is not the only consequence. Every muscle aches and much recovery time of doing nowt is required! Probably the hardest thing we have ever done together!
