Monday 2nd November - ARRIVED IN KUNMING Arrived about 6am, so early and a wee bit tired, didn't get as much sleep as I'd hoped. Thursday 29th October - ENTER THE TIGER LEAPING GORGE Very quiet dusky morning, was kinda creepy walking up the alley way to the main road, dogs barking at us from every direction. Was lucky enough to catch a cab as soon as we reached the road and got us to the bus station in plenty of time. In fact, they were in absolutely no rush here whatsoever. Tuesday 27th October - PRAYING ON THE BUS FOR 30MINS AT 5AM Even though it was a 5am start, we were both really pleased to be leaving here and moving on. Sat 24th October As nice as the heated blanket was, I felt very stuffy the next morning, like leaving the heating over night at home.
