I am on route to Rio! I left Paracuru for the first time since I arrived in Brazil. Total of 19 days of kiting in 21 days. The 2 days off were necessary body breaks not because the wind was not "au rendez-vous"! Well, it's been more then a week and the wind still blows everyday, all day. The sun is shining and the water is warm. People are freindly and social. Nothing to complain about other that the fact that I would love to enjoy it with more of you! John is coming for 5 weeks starting on Sept 24th. I just can't wait to show him around! Take care, ace

Well, D-day is soon to come. I'm leaving Kingston on August 28th to visit my family once more in Montreal before I take off from Burlington on the 29th. Destination: Fortaleza, Brazil. Fortaleza is the lagest city in North Brazil and is the gateway to kite heaven. All along the coast there are small fishing villages tranformed into kite meccas.
