It's time for Knights Give Back 2k16! With over 1000 UCF students volunteering, Knights Give Back was definitely a memory for the books! Being up at 5 o'clock in the morning was definitely a struggle, but after seeing how many students came out to KGB, it was definitely worth the little sleep I got that night (you can clearly see how tired Danielle and I are in the picture above lol). All of the ABP coordinators (including Danielle and I) were responsible for leading a site on this day of service. It was a great opportunity for Danielle and I to lead our own site and get experience before leading you all on our trip! I was responsible for leading the Oakland Nature Preserve site, where I took 15 UCF students to Oakland's annual fall festival where they raise money for the different local organizations. Leading the group of students and having them immerse themselves in the service was an amazing experience and is something I recommend everyone participate in next year!
