It has been a great week this past week and I'm excited for next week as well. I was up in Than Gaon, a remote village. We did 2 hikes during the week, one to Nuniyas (about 2 hours away) and Musraj (about 30 min. away). We got to see a lot of beautiful sites and also see patients. As you can see in the pictures we had a little girl come that had been burned. The first time she came was Wednesday. I saw her again today when she came to get her bandages changed and I couldn't handle watching the doctor clean up the wound. It was too painful to watch and listen to the poor girl cry. She is definitely doing better than she was a couple of weeks ago though. Tonight I will be leaving for a hill station called Nainital. We have heard it is a 6-7 hour drive and we have also heard it can take 10hrs. so we really aren't sure how long we will be in the car. I'll let you know after I have done the trip. We have actually had quite a bit of rain this last week which is unusual for this tie of year but it was very refreshing. I only have 2 weeks of the program left and then I'll be headed back to Oregon to graduate! I hope everyone is doing well~

One of my friends here has been really sick this week, she has been in the hospital the last couple of days. They think that she got some sort of parasite. She is doing much better, I went to visit her today in the hospital and took her some reading material because she is really bored. If you could just say some extra prayers for her it would be greatly appreciated. She is not a believer and I know is searching for the Lord. I get to spend next week with her so be praying for our time together as well. I will be back on the internet in a week probably. Take care!
