Ok guys...i thought it was about time to update my blog properly! sorry about the missing out of the end of australia, i was having such an amzing time never went on the internet and when i did it was for 5 minutes....basically it included 4x4 driving over sandunes for 3days, sailing the whitsundays, going to cape tribulation where the diantree rainforest is horse trekking etc and basically massively partying for three weeks solid....my glands by that point made my neck look like a body builder!!!! ha!...and then there was fiji....absolutely gorgeous and thats really all there is to say about that place...just hot and paradise!

now new zealand.....omg like geographers porn!!! haaha. on my kiwi bus theres another guy that is doing geography at uni in september and we are LOVING IT!!! been here a week and a half now and everywhere we have gone has been spectacular when it comes to scenery! We flew to auckland then transfered straight away to christchurch where we would start our trip round new zealand. had a bit of trouble with our flight though as they wanted us to get our luggage, go through security, check in, security again then board the plane all in half an hour!!! the first person we asked told us to just do it quickly!!! what an idiot! but it all worked out well and we got our flight a few hours later with a couple of guys we met on the flight from fiji and went and stayed in the penthouse suite in the backpackers in christchurch!! we had sofas, beanbags, sjy tv, playstation and a balcony!!! it was awesome! stayed in christchurch for about 4days, its a really nice city, we stayed right in the centre on cathedral square which had little market stalls and a nice autumn feel to it, was very french was loverly! we were sitting at the tram stop waiting for our adventure to begin when we were like damn it we are going to have to buy coats rite now...it was sooooo cold! so i now have a really warm fluffy coat, infact its maybe too hot! we partied alot in christchurch as we had our own private little penthous! we loved it....woke up very early one morning so started watching the tennis and the sunrise all at the same time in my duvet on the sofa! heaven! we went for a little trip to the antarctic centre aswell and took a ride in a haglund which is the vehicle they use to get around antarctica....we went up and down massive hills of mud sideways and through deep water very fast. we experienced an antarctic storm....bloody freezing! we froze....huddle d together like penguins though to keep warm until the snowball fight broke out...and about 15minutes later when we were outside a massive lump of ice fell out my top...and it hadnt melted..thats how cold it was! we all left christchurch on the same day to start our trip round the south island....first headed to kaikora where we were meant to go and swim with dolphins or whale watch both got cancelled due to bad weather so i didnt get to do either but we go back there before we head north so tell me which one i should do because i cant decide!!!!!!???? instead a few of us went for a walk to hunt down seals, it was miles, but was ok as we were all supporting the trend of walking boots! we cannot get enough of them! snow capped mountains were te backdrop of the ocean looked gorgeous and seems wierd seeing snow at this time of year, we found the seal...or more to the point smelt them first! they hummmmed BAD, but were quite cute and there qere loads of them we thought we wouldnt see any....we got caught in a massive storm at the top of some cliffs aswell....we were not prepared....! so we got soaked and sheltered in a sheep shed! Next day headed to nelson...here we walked to the centre of new zealand...me being the stupid one got to the top and was like "what are we at the centre of??" as all it said was the centre point...as far as i knew could have been of anything...we watched the sun set over abel tasman national park. thats were we went the next day and did an 18km sea kayak trip! was soooo good. we set off very early in our kyaks...sea was as flat as a pancake and no wind...perfect....and sunny! stopped off at deserted beaches for morning tea and carried on along the "mad mile" to where we stopped for lunch....apparently the mad mile is sometimes a very rough patch of water as its totally exposed, we went on a perfect day so kayaked straight on through! the kyaks had peddles for the back person to stear the kyak, was the hardest thing ever because press the left peddle and you go left and right you go right...ususally when you stear with the paddle its the other way round, in the end i reckon me and maya paddled a lot further than everyone else as we went the snakes path rather than the way the crow flies!! our guide had carried soup, rolls and cake for our lunch just what we needed, we then decided to climb a massive rock to have a group picture (theres 6 of us all doing the same bus) which was kool, crazily me and ed decided to jump off the rock into the sea.....FREEZING!......never been in such cold water ever!!! fun though! we kayaked out to a rock with a seal colony on it, and there were pups! they were crying! awww! but seals are overrated haha there everywhere in new zealand!!! ive doen some serious window licking on the coach wherever weve travelled, the views are amazing! next stop was a night at westport theres nothing to do there but on the way we stopped off at an adventure place....a few of us opted for horse riding...after doing the most amzing ride of my life in oz feww weeks back i was well excited...but no leeroy (my horse) was a nutter....stupidly i said id ridden before and so i had the nutty horse that had to be ridden strictly...all the other horse hated him.......it was a laugh though but may have put me off for a while....the guys bith felt they were in lord of the rings...totally in their element and loved it! next night was the Pui Party....famous on the kiwi bus...on the way there during the day we stop off at a whrehouse and have to find fancy dress outfits/ make them....our theme was "anything goes but clothes!" hahaha....group of three of us went as cavegirls....we found a zebra shower curtain and adapted it....loved our outfit so much...its now coming round the world with me! plus the pore prints im now covered in! wicked night everyone dressed up ....first prize was a canyon swing....thank god i didnt win that all i can say!!!! had the most amazing meal there tho....venneson stew on cheesy jacket potatoes....possibly the best thing ive eaten my whole trip! from there today we arrived at franz josef glacier.....WOW its amazing!!!!!!! the glacier is huge, and stands looking over the valley and the town....tommorrow we go ona full day hike up the glacier, crampons and axes at the ready! was going to heli hike.....would have been amazing but now where near as challenging and so wouldnt have got as much out of it i dont think. our hike is about 8 hours....one there and back not on the ice and then we have six hours on the ice! going to be awesome....we bought our picninc today....but unfortuantely dad i didnt get hot oranges!!!

the bus were doing round nz is called kiwi experience ....even thought eh buses are during the day we stop off all the time to go on walks and see museums etc etc so rerally awesome! keep meeting poeple we met in fiji aswell here....its like a travelling family! sweet as bro!! lol

yea and omg in two days...that not tommorrow but the next day im going sky diving....absolutely ******** MY PANTS!!!!!! so scared but will be lush.....i hope!!!
