Well here we are in santa catalina. According to the locals its the biggest wave in central america! First evening we arrived it was big 6 to 8ft. Luckily the next morning dropped off to one and a half over head. It was like a mini pipe line, with right hand barrels coming trhough, theres a bit of a crowd, and its tricky but a few waves were had. After having some good waves at Pavones, we left with Adam and Lou and have headed off across the Gulfo Somethingo to a town called Jiminez. We are pleased to be here cos they have food other than rice n beans. The wildlife is amazing, with monkeys, macaws, sloths, the largest insects I've seen i my life and the threat of sharks! So here we are, at the worlds second longest left hand point break in the world! after 1 and a half days of travelling the length of costa rica to get here, we have had surf every day up to 2 times overhead! the wave is really long but pretty fast and crowded. We have met up with Bubbles and Lou and we are now next door neightbours. The computer we are now using is from the 1980's and costing a small fortune. So its adios amigos for now.
