Arrived at our campsite by lake Tekapo had a great view of the lake and shared a beer with our Kiwi neighbours (think they had had a headstart on us). They offered us some grubs but as they were still moving and looked like pale slugs we declined. On the flight over from Australia Keeley's finger which had been hurting was hurting more and swelling. After an uncomfortable nights sleep we went to hospital in the morning here we waited hours to have Keeley's finger cut ansd squeezed for the first time .
