Thursday- Day 2 Note to self: when bringing old phone with you and leaving it in the car switched on- remember to turn off all old alarms! Hence the early start! My normal 5am alarm went off in the car and woke us both up! Had to exit swag and switch it off. We then got out about 7. Packed up what was left of camp. Wednesday - Day 1 Left Adelaide at 12.30. We hit the highway and headed north, stopping briefly at Crabtree Winery in Watervale (Clare Valley) for a wine tasting - an attempt to transition from hectic preparation and house tidying mode into our relaxed, sight seeing/travel mode. Finally the departure date has arrived. The intention was to leave early this morning but as normal with us......we were not ready. Following tearful farewells with our Bonney girl we were waved off by Dave and Kris at 12:30pm. And so... our adventure begins!!
