Who would have thought? Indoor snow skiing. Yes, it's for real. Ski Dubai is on the end of the Mall of Emirates, just like a movie theater would be positioned in American malls. You rent all of your gear - coat, snow pants, gloves, skis or snowboard, boots - and have two hours of skiing all for about $60. Today was desert safari day. Today was AWESOME!! The safari company picked us up at our hotel and took us to the middle of nowhere. There were sand dunes are far as we could see, in every direction. The drivers let air out of the tires for the dune bashing. Then, we jumped in the 4x4 and had a crazy ride. It was just like being on a roller coaster! Holy hot box! It's so ridiculously hot here, that I don't even have words to describe it. The Fahrenheit temperature is 115 degrees.
