I went to North Point local market also known as the wet market due to them hosing down the meat when it gets hot....well this really opened my eyes to the Chinese way! Alive fish, crabs just in shallow water, you'd pick which one you'd want and then they would take it home in a plastic bag alive. Just walking down the market taking in the vibe of Chinese culture I came across a lady pushing her cat (all dressed up) in a pram. Afternoon Richard and I went on a bus to Stanley. On the route we saw some great views looking down on the city. We went past Repulse bay where Richard and Jen got married. Arrived in Stanley - a small modern shopping centre to your right and a Chinese market to your left. With Tin Hau temple in the middle. On the route back we went to the Hong Kong football club which has the football, rugby, netball, jockey, hockey, a pool and restaurants all in one area with a cool bat a restaurant. We watched Russia v Hong Kong rugby. And then had a few drinks at the bar - Left hand drinking!!! Home by 11pm.
