Mont Tremblant Quebec Monday 27th August
We have been busy. In Ottawa we immersed ourselves in some of the culture, Parliament House - an amazing looking building, the Rideau Canal also amazing with the number of locks one would need to go through in such a short distance and the Byward Markets. They were huge, lively and entertaining.
By the way our breakfasts at our B&B were really delicious with some interesting combinations such as potato salad with chicken pie and we had some great company on both mornings. Today we travelled to Mont Tremblant which is a ski resort in winter. It is truly a beautiful spot. We stopped on the way at a park to drive through to see many of Canada's animals - deer, bison, bears, chipmunks, racoons, buffalo and arctic wolves…
Our B&B tonight is also a big surprise, as it has a full lounge, dining area, bedroom of course with tea making facilities fridge microwave… We could stay for a week.
Bill says we have been here for just over a week and we are still married… not sure why he would say that…
Until next time

Kirsten I went to Mont Tremblant for a conference in 1999 and still remember how achingly beautiful it was. Keep having a great trip x
Jenny Yes Kirsten, Marilyn told us that you had been there and you had said it was beautiful - well it certainly is. Take Care
