Well this is like a never ending story But this will be the last blog. We will be leaving Japan late this afternoon and with time differences I was awake eary and thought I would do one more blog. Yesterday we went to the world's largest wholesale fish market. It was HUGE and they don't like photos so I was good. We saw all sorts, live fish big fish, skinny fish, sell fish and lots of tentacles, frozen etc. They warn you to be careful entering the market as there is lots of movement with little motorised trolleys and they said they have very little regard for humans. TRUE. Then we went to a Japanes garden and it was Citizen's day so it was free - a bonus at the end of a holiday. We had a tea ceromony in a lovely tea house. The pictures will show Bill sitting crossed legged on the floor with me at a little table and chair. I think it was because they thought I was special nothing to do with the awkwardness of trying to sit gracefully on the floor. I'm sticking to that story anyway. We are staying in an area called Ginza which is very close to Tokyo centre. It has lots of large scale upmaket shops hence no shopping. .. But it was interesting to see the fashion, the store and the night lighting. Their energy Bill must be huge. Well this morning we intend to walk into Tokyo to try and wear off the extra pound a day they say you put on during a cruise. Yes imperial units. Well we have enjoyed sending our blogs so hope you have enjoyed receiving. If you have enjoyed gratuities they will be kindly appreciated..... Only joking this was one thing we couldn't get over in Canada . There is always an expected 15% on top of your bill. Bye for now and look forward to catching up.
