Since i wrote the last time we have travelled from Wondo Genet to Langano and further north to Ziway and finally back to Addis Ababa.From Wondo genet we took a minibus via Shashemene to langano. Hi, Every second we pass a person; no matter if it's a kid or an adult, we here them scream "faranji" after us. It means "foreigner" or "whitey". I'm starting to believe that that's my actual name. Yesterday we finally met Ayisha; our foster child. it was an incredible experience. We walked up the mountain to get to her village in kersa and Ayisha and her whole family came and met us halfways. She was shy at first, but after a few minutes she dared to sit next to us. Everyone was so excited and I can recall how we all smiled the whole day. She lived in a hud with her dad and 2 siblings. One morning a rooster woke me up and an annoying noice that sounded like bongo drums. Half asleep I told Sanna that the Ethiopians have a very bad taste in music!
