29-30 April

Straight after dining we got the 3pm ferry to Koh Phangan for the full moon party. Most people just go for this as there is not much else to do on the island. We arrived at our hostel called Red Heaven which was 10 minutes by car from the party. The hostel was very basic and had a really gross outside pool.

We went and ate at a cheap roadside restaurant and then went across the road to buy some full moon neon tops. We also went to the supermarket to get pre drinks and it started chucking it down. We finally got back to the hostel and started getting ready and painting ourselves! We had two mature couples in our room, one from Canada and the other from india. The full
Moon party is known worldwide and was such an international event.

We arrived at the beach at 11pm after getting a wagon with other party goers! We tried to find Sarah but there was so many people there we never found her! We had buckets to drink but you had to be careful no one tampered with it or dropped anythig in it! The music was great and we stayed right until the sun rose! We even claimed the scaffolding where it did say full moon party! We stayed until the music went off and then went back to the hostel at 8am for a quick power nap Before going straight to Koh Samui!
