Today was out last day in Rome! We walked at least 10/15 miles each way! We first walked to the Spanish steps which was about 15 mins from our hostel then onto the penny fountain which was full of tourists! After a few stops we slowly walked to the Vatican which was huge and beautiful! We did make the mistake of eating just outside! But the food was lovely! Just got back from looking at the Colosseum at night, which was beautiful! We also had dinner and went to a bar outside it which was really reasonable. My pizza was hugeeeee! We then walked back slowly but it started to rain slightly which was crazy seen as it was like 25 degrees all day. Good day though, and hostel is good! Bring on tomorrow!

We got so lost once we got off the coach, then a tourist guidance man came up to us and asked if we were looking for our hotel, I explained what the hostel was called and he simply said NO and walked away, it did make us laugh as he obviously does not like back packers haha. We are all still alive!!! We have touched down in Rome and did not have any trouble getting over here. Although, I got thoroughly searched on the way at East Midlands Airport! It then took us about 20 mins to realise which bus we needed to get on, we finally made it on the coach and it was a bumpy ride, probably just Italian bus drivers. It's 24 degrees and the sun in shining! We are now on route to the City of Rome!
