Bula!

Seeing as we have been more than rubbish recently, (and the internet is free here!!) I thought a quick update might be nice. As some people already know, we had a stupidly early flight which meant we had to have a wake up call at 4.30am yesterday NICE! Then we got to the airport and it was heaving, we tried to check in but the guy behind the counter disappeared for what seemed like forever....but apparently it stated on the system that we had paper tickets and our entire trip is based on our printed out itinery so that was a pain in the bum...plus he said that it will happen when we check in from here to go back to NZ and then again between NZ and Cook Islands...oh the joy!! So it took us forever to check in but it got done!!

We arrived in Fiji a tad early (not on Bula Time just yet!!) and jumped in a taxi to our resort...we decided to stay on Denerau island for the first couple of nights then we're hiring a car tomorrow and heading down to the coral Coast....We don't want to miss a thing so tomorrow will be a long, hot day!

Fiji is bloody expensive compared to Thailand and Cook islands(from what we have researched) but that hasn't stopped Tim getting a bit obssessed with fiji baby (Bitter, they call it Baby cause apparently it keeps you looking young..I think it may just be their chilled out attitude that keeps the fijians young?!!).

Anyway back to the pool for us!! Every minute is important now with just under 5 weeks to go...arghh so excited!!
