Finally we checked out of Cozy Bungalows, off to Krabi Town today. Minibus to the pier, caught our 3 hour ferry across to mainland Thailand. Then a 2 hour bus journey, followed by a short taxi journey and we arrive at Boss & Benz House. Just over £20 for 5 nights accommodation with air conditioning, lovely. Went out for some Thai food, ended up in this restaurant where nobody spoke a word of English, don't think this place is for tourists, but we managed...

Happy New Year!! Last night was crazy!! Absolutely loved it. Spoke to Kacy today about our nights. Didn't do much else during the day as I slept for a few hours so it was mid-afternoon by the time I arose. We went out for a Mexican for dinner, not the greatest by any means. I had enchiladas and they don't touch Miss Clark's!! God I need a roast dinner right now! Went to a quiet bar after, drank coke and watched West Ham and Spurs win, happy all round.

The big one has arrived, New Years Eve!! We had a pre-party at the resort, had food and punch which was ok, they let off fireworks and 2 went wrong!! One basically flew off towards the lounge are and nearly hit Nick! The other landed on a girls lap! Dangerous and stupid from the Thai residents, everyone left straight away, not the best way to start the night... We got the taxi down to Haadrin beach, bloody hell it was busy!! At least 50,000 people, I can't desc...

Another quiet day today, we were gonna go Kayaking and Snorkelling, however the tropical storms came in really badly! Far too dangerous to go out and do anything like that so we were bound to the lounge area again, thank god for good food and movies! Bit of a wasted day but when the weather is like this you really can't do much at all, plus we need to save money as its New Year tomorrow!!

Today was a complete write off. Filthy hangover to go with no air conditioning wasn't much fun I can tell you. We couldn't stay in the room as it was far too hot so we chilled out in the lounge area all day, watched movies and ate food. Nick and Ben went out in the evening to watch the Spurs game, I couldn't be bothered to watch that crap so stayed in bed.
