Wow we are staying in this country wild life estate just 12 km to the North West of Bloemfontein It is a paradise with bird life and small game Especially the "sable herd" so majestically and gracious We are just returning now from a walk through the estate- luckily no golf course and took this picture at a dam Groete G

Just around the Bainsvkei area is this little gem cementary Mainly for British Soldiers serving after the Boer War at the military base Tempe Lots died of dysentry in and around 1908 The graves are well kept -hedges trimmed and grass neatly kept Groete G

Hello to all my lovely readers This lodge created a squatter camp complete with numbers block A no 6 ; out side toilet and shower with a donkey geyser It is such a original idea the complex can sleep 30 people and is so popular with local for family"feeste" and overseas visitors We had a lovely light lunch and Bloemfontein amazes me every time on their creative talent Groete G en Polly
