Got over nite bus to chiang mai.got picked up bangkok 7.30pm arrived hotel 7am!! Was ok surprisingly!.Just booked a week here.hotel £6 per nite.booked nite bus back south next fri.also 2morrow going trekking in jungle stayin in remote village.in the 2 days going on elephant ride,white water rafting bamboo rafting and meeting tigers! Sounds fun and was only about £20 each inc transfers food etc. all for now off to pool roasting,give it 5mins and we will be cooke...

We r now sitting in bangkok train station waiting for our (so called) first class 10hour bus journey through the night to begin. We should arrive at chaing Mia around 6 tomorrow morning! Today was a busy day with lots of walking! We took a walk down china town was great fun and also saw a big gold sitting budda. (lazy sod) we have just found a hidden KFC so gonna have to get one before out long journey begins! Have a feeling its gonna b a long night!! X

After a sleepless flight we arrived in hot humid bangkok.had an eventful 1st 24 hours.headed down to khosan road and made friends with 2swedes a german and an icelandic!!!u can buy everything on this road from fake ids fake clothes drinks fried insects and ping pong shows!!! Today we have been to the grand palace,had a super cheap £1 meal from a street cook and taken a ride in a tuk tuk. Maybe headin on the overnite train to chiang mai thurs.all going well so fa...
