I am laughing so much here at Jason's rendition of his meditation woes (its a good question though, why does corduroy have the grooves ??? and whatever happens to those jackets of our youth). Merry Christmas, guys! We have been enjoying your updates, and thinking about all the fun (squat toilets and saliva incidents excluded) you guys are having. Winter has hit the West Coast - the positives being last night's Raclette feast and a half, and the 30 m toboggan run we have in our backyard. Merry Christmas you two. Loving the stories and the pics. I'm so sorry but I can't stop giggling about the spit incident. I know it must have been traumatic, but so funny to us (well me anyway).

I also love the socks - makes it ALMOST cool to wear socks with sandals - hope you bring a pair home. You can start a trend!

I went out skiing with my parents this aft - gotta get in shape for your return. The golf course is fantastic. Jeff is snoozin' here on the couch but I'm sure he'd say hi. Our favourite neighbourhood vietnamese shop is closed for SEVERAL weeks so we'll be going through a bit of withdrawal here. Have some pho for us!
